1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 cup hemp protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened coconut oil, date sugar, and maple syrup until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and egg and mix well.
